1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Felix ITs website (felix-its.com) or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee (or agreed first installment). Felix ITs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel batches with reasonable notice. In the event of a cancellation by Felix ITs, a full refund or rebatch option will be offered.
3. Fees & Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced, except in cases of batch cancellation by Felix ITs. Fees paid for a course may be transferred to a different batch or course at the discretion of the centre manager, subject to a written request made before the second class.
4. Placement Assistance
Felix ITs provides placement assistance on a best-effort basis. While we maintain a 94% placement track record, we do not guarantee employment. Placement support requires the student to actively participate in mock interviews, resume workshops, and referral rounds.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, slides, and content provided by Felix ITs are proprietary. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any course material without written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward trainers, staff, and fellow students. Felix ITs reserves the right to remove a student from a batch for disruptive or abusive behaviour without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Felix ITs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.
8. Changes to Terms
Felix ITs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
