You are fortunate if you are a fresher, you won’t need to switch from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, you can go straight to Sketch or Figma. Find out how they are different and consider what you need to learn. - Start paying attention to design
Before becoming a UX designer, don’t ignore the structure and the content of sites and mobile applications you see often. Pay attention to the colors and fonts used, check for components. If you have decided to become a UX/UI designer, start paying attention to everything.
- Surround yourself with design

- Watch and Copy Others
There is no offense in copying others, if you are studying or practicing for your good. Many students ask our mentors when they start pursuing their UI-UX course, what can they do if they are without any experience in design. We always suggest they start stupidly copying other people’s work, the platforms that you liked. Just sit down, choose a platform and copy the entire work. If you can do it well, still you need to practice a lot and pursue courses in the design field.

Find professionals in the field especially if you are a beginner. Finding the right mentor is essential if you don’t want to get your boat stuck near the harbor.
